2024 Vermeer® Trommel Screens TR5300
Ideal for operations where high productivity in a compact size is demanded. The TR5300 trommel screen is ideal for operations where high productivity in a compact size is demanded. The tensioned screen and drum are designed for optimum productivity, offering simple adjustments and maintenance. The ability for the conveyors to go parallel to the ground gives the operator more control over dust and wind, while also allowing for easier maintenance. The TR5300 features a maintenance access platform for the Deutz TD 2.9L Tier 4 Final (Stage IV), 74 hp (55 kW) engine.
Features may include:
Added rigidity to screens- With the ability to tension the screen around the drum, operators can add rigidity to the screens. This design allows the use of smaller gauge wire, ultimately increasing the open area of the screen to help improve productivity.
On-machine or remote control options- Operators can control the machine through either the Vermeer DP10 display mounted on the control panel, or through a handheld transceiver remote. From either control, the operator can choose from four programmable presets or adjust machine settings based on incoming material.
Easy access to trommel drum- A set of dual-hinged doors on both sides of the machine expose the full length of the trommel drum for ground level service and removal.
Hydraulic-driven chain drive system- A hydraulic-driven chain drive system allows the drum to be lifted off the cog for service, and bolt-on sprockets can be changed quickly to help lower repair time.
Large, low-feed hopper- The TR5300 features a large, low-feed hopper that makes it easier to load with a loading ramp, making the trommel screen more mobile around the jobsite
Advanced controls- Operators can control the machine through either the Vermeer DP10 display mounted on the control panel, or through a handdeld transceiver remote.
